Youth classes
Our organization is dedicated to promoting the well-being of individuals and families in our community.
We have established partnerships with local organizations to provide programs that teach children and teenagers proper movement, body care, and nutrition.
Our after-school classes during the school year and summer CrossFit classes, provided in partnership with Friends of Refugees, have helped over 100 youths.
With our guidance and support, you can achieve serious improvements in your training, such as better PRs, easier reps, and fuller recovery.
Nutrition coaching
Our team will develop a thorough dietary plan tailored to your lifestyle that empowers you to attain peak levels of fitness, energy, and mood.

CrossFit group classes
You will engage in group classes that utilize the CrossFit principles detailed below:
Nutrition: establishes the molecular basis for fitness and overall well-being.
Metabolic Conditioning: enhances your capability in the three metabolic pathways, starting with aerobic, followed by lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.
Gymnastics: improves your functional capacity for body control and range of motion.
Weightlifting and Throwing: develops your proficiency in controlling external objects and generating power.
Sport: applies your fitness in a competitive setting that involves more diverse movements and skill mastery.
Personal training
